GETTING STARTED

One 30-minute discovery call. You walk us through your services, your best jobs, and your route. We tell you honestly if the search demand in your market can hit your numbers — and if it can’t, we say so before you spend a dollar.

We’re built for established operators, roughly $1M–$10M, with crews and room to grow. If you’re doing $500k–$1M, you may be a fit for one of our entry programs. But if you’re a brand-new one-truck startup, you’re not quite ready for our services — come back when you have a crew and the capacity to service higher volume.

Over $10M? You’re not too big — you’re a custom job. At that size you’re usually running several divisions (maintenance, design/build, irrigation, snow), a real sales team and estimators, and a mix of residential and big commercial contracts across a wide, often regional service area. Marketing at that level isn’t just more leads — it’s feeding a sales team, winning commercial bids, and often recruiting crews to keep up. We build a tailored plan to match. Book a call and we’ll scope it.

No — in fact, we often build our clients’ websites so you start on the right foot. Ours are built to rank (SEO), built to convert visitors into calls, and wired straight into our CRM and lead-management system, so no lead slips through the cracks.

And if your current site or Google profile is leaking leads, we fix the highest-impact stuff first. Most contractor sites bury the phone number, run stock photos of someone else’s lawn, and have no reviews — that’s money walking out the door before a single ad runs.

We already know the things that sink lawn and landscape companies: windshield time killing your mowing margins, price-shoppers who waste your estimator’s day, and the spring bidding war on Google. A general agency learns all that on your dime and usually gets your seasonality backwards.

PRICING QUESTIONS

Our Growth tier starts at $1,500/mo and the Dominator tier runs up to $4,000/mo. It’s a flat monthly fee — no percentage of your ad spend, no markup on media.

Growth ($1,500/mo) drives steady flow in one core service and market. Dominator ($4,000/mo) is full-court press — more channels, more service lines, wider market coverage. We recommend the tier that matches your capacity, not the biggest one. There’s no point generating more design/build leads than your one estimator can quote.

Separate. Our fee is flat — no percentage of ad spend, no markup. Your budget goes straight to Google or Meta and stays 100% yours.

It depends on your market and service. Cost-per-lead for a $30,000 patio is far higher than for a lawn-treatment program — but so is the payoff. We give you a real number on the call, not a shrug.

It depends on your size and how fast you want to grow, but a healthy floor is 5–10% of your revenue. Smaller companies usually need to spend a higher share — often 20–30% — because 5% of a small number just isn’t enough dollars to move the needle. If you’re doing $500k, 5% is $25k, and that won’t grow the business.

And that’s your total marketing budget across everything: agency fees, ad spend, software, all of it. So a company doing $1M a year should plan on at least $100,000 (10%) for the whole marketing engine — not $100k on top of your other costs.

Yes, when we focus it. We’d rather own one service in one market than spread a small budget across five. A tight service radius also protects your margin — leads 40 minutes out eat your crew’s day in drive time.

Yes. Most clients start on Growth, prove it out, then scale to Dominator once the pipeline is full and they’ve hired ahead of the demand.

No long-term lock-in. It’s month-to-month after the initial 90 days, with 30 days’ notice to cancel.

RESULTS & OUTCOMES

First leads typically come within 3–5 days of launch. Meaningful revenue impact usually builds over the first 60–90 days as we optimize and your rankings and reviews compound.

A homeowner or property in your service area with a real project, a budget, and the willingness to talk. It does not count invalid form fills, wrong numbers, spam, or duplicates.

We track every call and form fill to its source and service type, and filter out duplicates, spam, and out-of-area contacts. More important, we watch what actually books an estimate — because the right lead depends on what you sell. A $50 mowing call is gold for a lawn-care route, but pure time-drain for a design/build crew chasing patios. We tune your campaigns to the jobs you want, and cut any channel that brings clicks but no real projects.

It starts with research. On our call we look at your market to see how many people actually search for your services each month — demand for spring cleanup and for a paver patio are very different numbers. From there, and based on your ad budget, we give you a realistic ballpark of the leads to expect.

We’re straight with you on the unknowns, too: on a brand-new ad account we don’t yet know your exact cost per lead, so early numbers are estimates we tighten fast once real data comes in. What we do stand behind is our guarantee — 30 qualified leads in your first 30 days, or we work free until we hit it, as long as you’re funding the ad spend it takes to get there.

The math is simple in this trade: one $15,000 hardscape can cover a year of the Growth tier. Recurring work compounds it — a lawn-treatment or maintenance client you land in spring can pay you for years, so the real return isn’t the first job, it’s the customer’s lifetime value.

Not sure what a customer is worth to you over time? We’ll help you nail down your lifetime value (LTV) — one of the most important numbers for judging whether a marketing channel is actually profitable.

Usually it’s not the leads — it’s speed. In home services, the contractor who responds first almost always wins, and reaching a lead within 5 minutes can make you up to 21x more likely to close than waiting even a half hour. Most estimates are lost in the hours a homeowner sits by the phone.

That’s why we can install our AI receptionist, trained specifically for your trade. It answers every call instantly — indistinguishable from a real person, says the right thing every time, and books the estimate straight onto your calendar. It also texts back every website form fill within seconds and sets the appointment for you. Every call answered, every lead worked, 24/7 — so nothing slips through the cracks.

Good problem, and we pace for it. You can’t market faster than you can hire and service — flooding you with jobs you botch just buys you bad reviews. We throttle spend to your crew capacity and scale it up as you add trucks.

OUR PROCESS

Live within 48 hours of signing — real ads in market, real funnels live. Full optimization continues over the first 30–60 days. No 90-day setup where you pay for nothing.

One 60-minute call. We collect your brand assets, ad and CRM access, and align on the numbers that matter. That’s it — then we build.

Almost none after the 60-minute onboarding call. We build and run it. You get a monthly strategy review and a direct line to your strategist.

A monthly strategy review plus a direct line to your strategist — not a ticket queue. We report on leads and booked work, not vanity clicks.

A senior strategist who understands the trade — not a junior running the same playbook they’d use for a dentist.

Yes — your website, your Google and Meta ad accounts, your reviews, and your rankings are all yours to keep. Those are the assets that keep paying you long after the ads stop.

SERVICES & CHANNELS

Whatever books jobs — usually a mix. Paid ads and Local Services Ads for leads now; SEO, your Google Business Profile, and reviews for the map-pack rankings that bring free leads for years. In local, the map pack outranks everything, so we fight hard for it.

They sit above everything on Google, you pay per lead instead of per click, and the Google Guaranteed badge builds instant trust. Getting it means Google verifies your license and insurance and runs a background check — a barrier most of your competitors never bother to clear, which is exactly why it’s worth doing.

Local Services Ads aren’t available for every trade in every market — but where they’re offered in yours, we always get you set up.

Yes, when it’s the bottleneck. We fix the leaks first — slow load on mobile, where most homeowners find you, a buried phone number, no real portfolio photos. Stock images of someone else’s lawn kill trust faster than anything.

Yes. Reviews are the fuel for both the map pack and Local Services ranking — volume and recency both matter, so a burst of reviews last year won’t carry you. We set up a system to earn them steadily, right when the job’s done and the customer is happiest.

Yes — retargeting especially. A $40,000 backyard rarely sells on the first visit; it’s a kitchen-table decision with a spouse. So we keep your best work in front of them for weeks until they’re ready.

INDUSTRIES WE SERVE

Yes — exclusively the outdoor trade. That focus is the whole point: we’re not relearning your business, your season, or your margins on your dime.

Yes — it’s the most common goal we hear, because design/build is where the bigger paydays are: jobs run $4,000–$15,000+ at roughly 25–40% net profit, versus 10–15% on maintenance. We target high-ticket terms (patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, full landscape design), lead with your best builds, and screen out mow-and-go price shoppers so your estimator’s time goes to real projects.

Yes — the whole outdoor trade. We market each for how it makes money: recurring programs (treatment, maintenance, irrigation service) build predictable monthly revenue, while design/build and tree work are bigger but lumpier. Different money, different marketing.

Yes, as two separate machines, because the buyers are nothing alike. Residential is fast and emotional — won on Google, LSAs, reviews, and speed. Commercial is slow and bid-driven — property managers and HOA boards award contracts on credibility and RFPs, decided in board meetings and budgeted months ahead, often on net-30 or net-60 terms. So we tailor both the message and the platform to match the buyer we’re targeting.

We serve companies across the U.S., but we only take one company per market. We won’t sign a direct competitor in your metro — your market is yours with us. We’re not sharpening the knife for the shop across town.

TIMING & SEASONALITY

No — that’s the costliest mistake in this business. Homeowners start searching before the grass greens up, and by the time you feel spring, the season’s already been sold. Early birds also pay less: everyone floods Google in April, so clicks are cheapest in winter when you build the pipeline instead.

We also don’t just rent attention from Google. All year long, our CRM builds you a database of local prospects — so in the slow months we can market straight to your existing leads and past customers by email and text, and fill the spring calendar from a list you already own.

Plenty. We run lead magnets with helpful info to pull in new prospects and grow your email list. We market to your existing clients and pipeline leads by email and text — testing offers and promotions against your own database to book jobs early and fill the calendar before the season starts.

We also lock in commercial bids (their next-year budgets are set in fall and winter), capture early planners while clicks are cheap, and lean into off-season cash — leaf cleanup, aeration and overseeding, snow, or holiday lighting — to smooth out the winter dip.

SWITCHING & COMPARING AGENCIES

Most agencies sell you clicks and impressions you can’t cash. We track to booked jobs, launch in 48 hours instead of a 90-day setup you pay for, and back it with a written guarantee. And we only do the outdoor trade — no learning curve on your dime.

Easy on your end. We handle the account transfers and go live within 48 hours. You keep everything you already own — accounts, rankings, reviews.

We back it with a real guarantee — 30 qualified leads in your first 30 days (with an appropriate ad budget), or we work free until we hit it. And we don’t stop at call tracking and CRM data. We track your actual return on ad spend and profit, so you see the real numbers your marketing is producing — not impressions. In a market where you’re the only landscaper we work with, our only way to keep you is to actually produce.

OUR 30-DAY GUARANTEE

Simple: 30 qualified leads in your first 30 days. If we miss it, we keep working for free until we hit it. We can promise that because we only sign clients whose market can actually support it — verified before you ever pay us.

Qualified leads — real prospects in your service area with a project and a budget. We don’t pad the count with spam, wrong numbers, duplicates, or out-of-area contacts.

We work for free until we do — as long as you’re funding the ad spend it takes to get there. And you’re never trapped while we get there: it’s month-to-month after the initial 90 days, with 30 days’ notice.
